職位描述
崗位職責(zé) (Job responsibilities) :
1、負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)公司客戶或者公司所提供的客戶資源的銷售及跟單工作;
Follow up the sales and merchandising of customer resources provided by the company or the customer;
2、協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)訂單的處理,能有效跟客戶溝通產(chǎn)品需求,訂單確認(rèn)、指令轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)、跟蹤落實;
To assist the processing of business orders, effective communication with customers, product requirements, order confirmation, instruction delivery, tracking implementation;
3、協(xié)助處理客戶投訴,收集客訴問題點,與品質(zhì)溝通處理并解決問題;
Assist to handle customer complaints, collect customer complaint points, communicate with quality and solve problems;
4、協(xié)助定期完成銷售相關(guān)報表;
To assist in the regular completion of sales related reports;
5、上級交代的其他事情;
Other matters assigned by superior;
任職資格(Qualifications):
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,英語精通(需口語,讀寫較強(qiáng)),能夠無障礙與客戶進(jìn)行口語對話和郵件溝通;
College degree or above, good command of English, able to communicate with customers and communicate with them;
2、有外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)跟單經(jīng)驗一年以上,有從事通信或電子類產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗尤佳;接收優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生;
With more than one year experience in foreign trade business, preferably in telecom or electronic products, receiving excellent graduates;
3、熟悉電腦操作,能熟練運(yùn)用office操作軟件;
Familiar with computer operation, skilled use of office operating software;
4、熟悉業(yè)務(wù)跟單流程,具有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力,有一定的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力;
Familiar with the business process, with good communication skills, have the ability to organize and coordinate;
5、責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備吃苦耐勞和團(tuán)隊精神;
A strong sense of responsibility, with hard work and team spirit;
6、認(rèn)真仔細(xì),思路敏捷,邏輯清晰;
Careful, quick thinking, clear logic;
7、具良好團(tuán)隊意識,有責(zé)任心。
